The rock–hewn swimming pool boasts sweeping views of game dotted across the savannah.

Apoka is truly unique, indigenous and natural: outdoor bathtubs are carved from rock and staff is from the local community. The uncluttered décor, a minimal aesthetic, uses dramatic scenery and light as inspiration and adornment – but comfort remains paramount. Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, oversized armchairs, king size beds, and piles of cushions in little private nooks ensure comfort levels, while wonderfully creative cuisine and excellent attentive service ensure that guests keep returning.
