Baraza lies on the south eastern coast of the island of Zanzibar, along the award winning Bwejuu beach. The Resort is situated on a 400 metre stretch of fine sand beach, with a coral reef facing the beach that runs down the eastern shore of Zanzibar.

Baraza boasts 14 one–bedroom villas and 15 two–bedroom villas, as well as one Presidential two–bedroom suite.
