Located within the 13,000 hectare private reserve of Kapama, Camp Jabulani offers opulent accommodation and the opportunity to experience one on one encounters with elephants.
Built along the bank of a seasonal stream, the camp – named after the first baby elephant which was abandoned and brought to the owners for rehabilitation – compromises six luxury suites and the presidential Zindoga Villa. Beautifully furnished with Zebra skin covered Louis XV armchairs and Phillipe Starck bathtubs, each suite opens onto its own private terrace and plunge pool, allowing guests to experience Africa in style.
Wake at sunrise to the sounds of birdsong and explore the bush on foot. Go on a game drive to see lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalo and elephants, opt for an open air spa treatment or ride in a hot air balloon. Return to the camp to dine on delicious cuisine in the garden under the shade of trees, before the evening elephant safari: the highlight of any visit.
