Considered one of the most romantic and peaceful hotels in Europe, the lovely property features 30 elegantly furnished rooms, all individually decorated.

Public rooms reflect an atmosphere of times past. The impressive lounge, with its fine painted ceiling, is the restored meeting room of the original Guild of Tailors, dating from 1779. It’s the perfect place to enjoy an appetizer, a drink before dinner or a cognac later in the evening.

The Pergola boasts 8 rooms and a restaurant at water level where guests can enjoy excellent food and an exquisite wine list. Its sunny terrace follows the canal to provide an entrancing view of the ceaseless water–borne activity. Recently, the owners opened a magnificent spa and wellness complex, named Het Hemelhuis, offering relaxing massage, sauna and treatments. It is located at about 150 metres away from the hotel.
