Originally a wine estate dating back to early 1700’s Grande Roche has been lovingly restored to preserve its romantic Cape character. The magnificent manor house with its dramatic French furnishings forms the heart of the hotel and houses the award–winning gourmet Bosman’s Restaurant. Luxurious individually appointed suites are housed in the original slave quarters, coach house, wine cellar, stable and new terrace suites.
A health centre, 2 swimming pools, floodlit tennis courts, a nearby 27–hole golf course and a slave chapel, which has been restored for intimate weddings or quiet meditation, contribute to the magic of Grande Roche.
