Bairro Alto

Having opened its doors recently in Lisbon, and named after the fashionable district where it is located, the Bairro Alto hotel is not to be missed.

Reflecting its Portuguese heritage in hues of ochre, amber and red, the hotel incorporates a more modern–day feeling. The 55 rooms and suites feature custom–designed wood and wicker furniture exclusively designed for the hotel, as well as copper coloured wood panelling, flat LCD TVs and sumptuous bathrooms in Alpenina marble.

As well as a Portuguese inspired restaurant, the ground floor houses a bar with 2 levels, one of which, raised on a mezzanine, looks out over the Camões Square. Situated on the top floor, a fully equipped meeting room welcomes business guests, whilst the fitness room and the beautiful panoramic terrace provide a dramatic view over the Tage river and the rooftops of Lisbon.
