Bastide de Marie is ideally located in the heart of the regional natural park of the Luberon, where famous writer Peter Mayle wrote his book ‘A Year in Provence’. This 18th century house, surrounded by 15 hectares of vineyards, is a standing invitation to discover the subtle fragrances of the Provence.
It is neither a small hotel nor a host house, think of it moreover as a beautiful property where you come to stay with a friend to spend a few hours or a few days lazing around, sipping the wine of the property. All the rooms and suites are elegantly decorated with Provencal furniture discovered in the region’s many antiques shops. The House boasts a tranquil treatment room, offering a wide range of wellness treatments with the exquisite products from the collection Pure Altitude.
In the cool evening air, you may feel like having a game of ‘jeu de boules’ or getting a taste for the subtle flavours of local products hinted with the scent of olive oil. Bastide de Marie is the faithful reflection of this tradition. It opens its doors to a relaxing world where you long to stay for as long as possible.
