A former hillside monastery, Son Brull has managed to maintain its historic and architectural features despite being converted into a modern, design–oriented luxury hotel. 23 rooms of different sizes have been decorated in a vanguard style, but are equipped with state–of–the–art technology and furniture. The public areas, meanwhile, are spacious, with a perfect mix of century old walls and modern decor.
Guest can relax by the chic infinity pool overlooking the valley or in the spa and then refuel at 3/65 restaurant. Many of Chef Joan Marc Garcias’ dishes are Mallorcan, based on historic and modern recipes of the area. Furthermore all the food is organic having been grown in Son Brull’s own vegetable garden.
