The Pitcher Inn which was built in the 1700’s is located in the picturesque village of Warren, Vermont. The loggers who frequented the rustic place in the early times would not recognize its reincarnation.
With Heather and John Carino at the helm, The Pitcher Inn was reborn like a phoenix: the three–storey, pristine white building was turned into a shear beauty with upstairs balconies overlooking the village and the rear porches looking onto the rushing Mad River.
The lovely property boasts eleven guest accommodations that feature all imaginable creature comforts, and all but two have romantic fireplaces. Rooms are equipped with a private bath, hidden television and VCR, stereo system, telephone, fax and computer hook–up and, last but not least, most rooms also feature Jacuzzis and relaxing steam showers. Each individual room was designed and decorated to be distinctly different and has been appointed with original art and antiques, providing a comfortable yet luxurious atmosphere.
Activities in and around The Pitcher Inn comprise Spa pampering at the Alta Spa, skiing and cross–country skiing at nearby Sugarbush whilst golf, tennis, hiking, cricket, polo, cycling and shopping are equally available. When looking for romance, even a sleigh ride can be booked in Winter.
