Experience a ‘James Bond’ holiday. Goldeneye, a Jamaican magical place near Oracabessa, was built by James Bond novelist Ian Fleming in the 1950s. The 18–acre retreat is nestled among tropical forests and lush gardens on a seaside bluff overlooking the Caribbean. Inspiration enough for Fleming to pen 14 of his famous ‘007’ thrillers there.

The ‘Ian Fleming House’ offers a true private house consisting of 3 bedrooms with private indoor and outdoor sublime bathrooms surrounded by tropical foliage and boasts its own private beach, swimming pool and media entertainment room. Large louver windows and high ceilings encourage the flow of sea breezes throughout the house. The master bedroom features Ian Fleming’s original writing desk. The ‘Goldeneye Village’ consists of 4 further villas ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, all featuring great lounges with private bars, ideal for viewing movies and all with access to Goldeneye’s other private beach ‘Low Cay Beach’.

Wave runners, kayaks and snorkelling gear are at the guests’ disposal, as well as the expert instruction. Sunfish sailing, deep sea fishing, jet ski tours and tennis are other ways to spend your free time.
