Situated on the west side of Virgin Gorda, on a rocky outcrop directly above the sea between Mahoe Bay and Pond Bay, the outstanding villa offers breathtaking views over Sir Francis Drake Channel from where the Caribbean as well as the Atlantic can be seen. The villa’s horizon swimming pool offers panoramic views across crystal–clear, turquoise and blue shimmering water to Tortola and the neighbouring Dog Islands.

Katitche Point Greathouse is a secluded, small holiday village in its own right. The structure of the main house is shaped like a pyramid, rising three floors. All four luxurious suites face the ocean and feature a private veranda. The separate master bedroom suite is located at a short distance up, overlooking the other buildings, offering an oversized bathroom, an additional kitchenette, a large terrace, an open–air shower and an outdoor bath–tub sunk into the rocks.

The spacious, all–round terrace of the main house with its breakfast corner and hammocks leads past the pool bar directly to the teak pool deck, where comfortable loungers invite guests to sunbathe.
