Royal Jet was inaugurated in May 2003 by a joint ownership of the Amiri Flight, the Airline of the Royal Family of the UAE, and Abu Dhabi Aviation, with its headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

Royal Jet offers four distinct business lines: VIP Aircraft Charter with its own fleet of 2 Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), 2 Gulfstream (G300), and Challenger (CL300) along with other managed aircraft. Royal Med, the Medical Evacuation service (Medevac) specialised in medical air transfer worldwide. Aircraft Management, Acquisition & Consultancy for private jet owners. And Fixed Base Operation (FBO) that offers ground handling services to all executive aircraft flying into Abu Dhabi airport.

With the increasing number of international and regional investors travelling in and out of the region in general and the UAE in specific, executive aircraft charter became a necessity. Such high demand obliged Royal Jet to triple its fleet and capacity within one year of its operation and to open 3 new Regional offices in Jeddah, Dubai and Kuwait. Royal Jet provides with its unique services not only the basic need of the charter travel, but rather a whole new way of travel with its own experience and glamour.
