Brunelleschi Hotel
Live your vacation immersed in history at Brunelleschi Hotel
Magnificently housed in the iconic Byzantine Pagliazza Tower, one of the oldest buildings within the city walls and the adjacent Medieval Church of San Michele, Brunelleschi Hotel is a luxurious and historic Florentine landmark. Located in the Heart of Florence, it is a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. The historical heritage of the building is treasured in a private on-site museum, in the basement of the Pagliazza Tower, displaying Roman remains of an ancient “calidarium” and Renaissance ceramics.
The Brunelleschi features a unique combination of classic and contemporary design. Some of its 96 elegant rooms and Suites offer breathtaking views of the Duomo; among them, interconnecting family accommodations assure a lovely stay for families. Among Brunelleschi’s seven unique Suites stand out the Pagliazza Tower Suite, which boasts a direct view of Brunelleschi’s Dome, and the Pool Suite, which features a jacuzzi-equipped terrace, allowing the gaze to travel almost 360-degree on the city’s landscape.
On the first floor of the Byzantine Tower, the gourmet Restaurant Santa Elisabetta by Chef Rocco De Santis, is awarded with 2 stars by the Michelin Guide since 2021. With only seven tables it is the ideal venue for a romantic dinner. Less formal, the Santa Elisabetta Bistro, the Osteria Pagliazza featuring a more traditional cuisine and ‘al fresco’ dining in the summer season. A fitness centre and a stylish cocktail bar complete the services of the Brunelleschi.
