Essenza offers over 300 properties in the Italian Lakes, Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Tuscany, Umbria, Le Marche, Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily as well as the cities of Milan, Florence and Rome, and has direct relationships with over 400 leading suppliers for the provision of quality experiences.
Upon booking, all clients are allocated a dedicated Concierge Manager who will work with the client or their travel advisor to create bespoke itineraries. Adept at dealing with an affluent and demanding client base, Essenza offers a tiered concierge service including the Premium Package, which provides a full-time, on-site host for when guests are in residence. The Essenza host takes responsibility for dealing with all aspects of the itinerary and all interactions (villa staff, chefs, drivers, guides, etc) so guests do not have to be disturbed. The Premium Package includes Airport Fastrack too and is particularly well suited for VIP and executive families.
All clients are provided with the Essenza Travel App, which includes all details about their trip, and this can be co-branded with travel advisor or agent details.
