Create the most delicious memories with InRome Cooking
By combining hands-on cooking classes with rich cultural itineraries, InRome Cooking guarantees a classic Italian experience. Whether that means an exclusive early-access tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel followed by a cooking class on the papal estate, an exclusive private viewing of a Caravaggio-adorned church, or even behind-the-scenes access to a temple overlooking the Roman Forum followed by a local-led food tour of the surrounding area. They curate experiences that will captivate every visitor of the Eternal City.
InRome Cooking was founded by Roman siblings Marilena and Salvatore Barberi. Their venture followed in suit of their family tradition, as their father once owned a venerated restaurant beside the Vatican. Yet the Barberi siblings started out as guides, immersed in the artistic patrimony of the Eternal City. InRome Cooking, therefore, embodies the merging of their two passions—the fusion of traditional cuisine and legendary art. InRome Cooking offers a vast range of shared and private experiences across three stunning locations and operates two schools in the heart of Rome’s historical center – one near Piazza Navona; the other within sight of the Pantheon – and one at the Pope’s summer residence in Castel Gandolfo.
Culinary experiences to suit every level, from workshops with Michelin Star chefs to indulgent truffle tastings in Umbria and Tuscany. InRome Cooking delivers first-class service to guests of all ages and skillsets—providing exceptional Italian chefs, local artistic and gastronomic experts, as well as freshly sourced ingredients to shape unique culinary journeys.
Embark on one with them, and create memories to last a lifetime.
