JK Place Rome

Experience Rome in a home-like atmosphere at JK Place Rome

In the Eternal City of Rome, on the Via del Monte D’Oro (the Road of the Gold Mountain), about half a kilometre east of the Tiber River and the Ponte Cavour, you can find one of the great hidden wonders of the bespoke touring world: the J. K. Place Roma, a boutique luxury hotel set in the narrow shopping street of the Campus Martial district of the capital city of Italy. Located in an unassuming palazzo that once served as the school of architecture for the city of Rome in the 1600s, the building now provides the finest in five-star hotel accommodations to its clientele, directly in the heart of the city. What once were classrooms have been converted into exquisitely decorated modern furnishing, orchestrated by the Florentine designer Michele Bonan to a sleek contemporary look with antique accents unique to Roman history. With glimpses of the wonderful dome of the San Carlo Cathedral just a block away to the north, the J.K. Place Roma is a place to see the Rome of the imagination, and to enjoy the reality of true deluxe grandeur.

The J.K. Place Roma is actually a mid-sized affair, with thirty rooms, of which seven are expansive suites. Every one of the rooms is lavishly decorated with the finest Italian fabrics and full Carrera marble bathrooms. The top suites offered by the hotel are the J.K. Master Rooms, situated near the top of the hotel, with their own terraces, and occupying 50 square meters. The hand of architect Michele Bonan insures an elegant yet comfortable feel to the hotel’s suites and the presence of Roman statuary in several places brings home the joy of being alive in the city that was once the capital of the known world.
