The Mokai ES-Kape is engineered for exploration
Mankind has an intangible desire to go further, whether it’s within our own catchment area or beyond, we are driven by a primordial urge to explore. The Mokai is an ideal tool to help in the quest to satisfy this urge.
Designed purely with the idea of producing a watercraft that was capable exploring hard to reach areas, The Mokai ES-Kape will go where more traditional craft simply aren’t able to.
The Mokai is the next step up the evolutionary ladder for the watercraft species known as the kayak. The most basic way to describe the Mokai ES-Kape is as a powered kayak, though in reality it is much more.
Designed with mobility in mind, the Mokai Es-Kape comes in a modular form, with three separate modules making up one unit. These modules are the bow, cockpit and stern, all of which fit together in under two minutes and do not require any tools to do so. The stern section is fitted with a seven horsepower Subaru engine and an eleven litre fuel tank. The Mokai has a top speed of thirty kilometres per hour and a run time of between eight to ten hours, depending on conditions. Controlling the Mokai is as easy a playing a video game and is done so through the deck mounted joystick, which controls the speed and steering.
In short the Mokai is a unique watercraft that is engineered for exploration and adventure.
