Bavaria, the company brings together Germany, Austria, Switzerland, northern Italy and
France as one connected region.
Rather than approaching the Alps country by country, Luxury Alps sees the region as a whole. Exceptional hotels, private guides and distinctive experiences are connected through thoughtful routing, with the team knowing where to stop, what is worth the detour and when to slow down. Through Your Private Europe, that same approach extends beyond the Alps, connecting the region seamlessly with the rest of Europe.
Families and multigenerational travel are a particular specialty, with journeys designed around different ages, interests and activity levels. Experiences are shaped by the people and places Luxury Alps knows personally, from local artisans and family-run producers to Alpine traditions, private encounters and lesser-known places.
Behind Luxury Alps is an American who made Bavaria home, alongside two Alpine locals, including Dominik Babel, who founded Elegant Travel 14 years ago and built it into one of the DACH region’s most established names in luxury travel. Together, the team combines international perspective with first-hand local knowledge, trusted relationships and nearly two decades of luxury travel expertise.
