and prickly pear cacti thrive under the Apulian sun. At its centre, a shimmering 20-metre pool invites guests
to indulge in leisurely afternoons, surrounded by the timeless beauty of their surroundings. Inside, the
interiors have been transformed into elegant retreats, seamlessly blending historic charm with
contemporary sophistication. Vaulted ceilings, some of them re-built using ancient techniques, grace every
room, lending an air of grandeur and spaciousness. Pietra Leccese stone floors, cool to the touch, provide a
sense of grounding and authenticity.
RADICI RESTAURANT offers menus with simple dishes that aim to rediscover the authenticity of the local traditions and go beyond the concept of “local” cuisine: it enhances the genuineness of simple dishes that highlight the raw materials of the territory itself. This has been made possible thanks to the careful selection of local family-run producers. For lunch, enjoy the Mediterranean fare, served ‘al fresco’ under the shade of the RADICI pergola together with a selection of cocktails customised by the barman.
