Pompey is a private 62-acre estate on Jamaica’s northeast coast, set between the hills of Port
Antonio and the Caribbean Sea. Created by Wesley Pentz, it occupies one of the island’s most
secluded and preserved regions, where living, creative, wellness, agricultural, and equestrian
spaces function as a single, complete environment.
At its heart sits an 8.500-square-foot main residence anchored by a saltwater infinity pool and terrace. The grounds extend into a regenerative farm and orchard, equestrian trails, and walking and ATV paths, with direct private access to San San Beach connecting the property seamlessly to the sea. Eight private suites accommodate a range of group sizes, each held to a consistent standard of comfort.
Every stay is fully staffed and includes a full-time chef whose farm-to-table cooking is shaped by the day and the people at the table. A two-floor gym, infrared sauna, hydrotherapy, and concierge-led recovery and bodywork support daily training and deep rest. A 2.000-square-foot recording studio, built around an SSL console and a curated collection of instruments, gives artists a professional-grade creative environment.
Beyond the estate lie the Blue Lagoon, world-class surf breaks, coral reefs, and Rio Grande river rafting, each arranged quietly and on the guest’s schedule.
