The activity begins with a tour at the local market in the morning, where guests can get an insight into the everyday market life in Bali as well as take some interesting pictures for keep-sake. The chef will introduce many fascinating varieties of exotic ingredients, spices and touch on bargaining techniques with the vendors. Thereafter, the freshest ingredients will be purchased for the cooking class. Guests will have a completely different and unforgettable experience at the local market.
