Wakatobi Dive Resort, a reinvigorating and enriching experience

Wakatobi Dive Resort sits on a white sand beach overlooking one of the most storied coral reefs in the world.  Though located in remote Southeast Sulawesi in Indonesia, the eco resort is easily reached by direct charter flights from Bali to a private airstrip.

The property’s 22 bungalows and four oceanfront villas offer deluxe comforts that include spa facilities and open-air dining beachside.  Guests relax on a beach that is a world away from high rises, and immerse themselves in the waters of a pristine coral reef offering unparalleled diving and snorkeling experiences.  Concierge-level diving assistance is complementary to Villa guests.

Custom-built boats ferry guests to more than 40 reefs; some of the most spectacular sites can be accessed right from the beach.  Below, a symphony of underwater colors, corals and creatures await you on vibrant, protected reefs.

Other activities include kayaking, Indonesian cooking and culture workshops, nature walks and visits to local villages.  Wakatobi’s Jetty Bar, perched on the edge of the House Reef, is a gathering point to enjoy exquisite sunsets.
